Short answer: Perplexity Computer can now run scheduled Automations across your Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Linear with long-term memory, and on Free, Pro and Max plans your activity feeds model training unless you switch it off. Our verdict is USE WITH CAUTION for client work. Policy reviewed October 2026, twelve days after Automations launched on…
Short answer: HeyPi does not train AI models on your meetings and hosts your account data in the United Kingdom, but it transcribes every voice on the call and keeps those transcripts until you delete them, while leaving the job of telling clients to you. Our verdict is USE WITH CAUTION for client work. Policy…
Short answer: Figma AI is workable for client projects, but on the Starter and Professional plans most freelancers pay for, Figma uses your file content to train its own models by default, and new Figma agent chats are visible to everyone who can open the file. Our verdict is USE WITH CAUTION for client work….
Short answer: Epilude can keep your dictation, meeting transcripts, and read-aloud text entirely on your Mac, but only if you switch on Local Mode or buy the local-only plan, because its defaults send audio to OpenAI and text to Anthropic or ElevenLabs. Our verdict is USE WITH CAUTION for client work. Policy reviewed October 2026, a…

Our verdict is USE WITH CAUTION for client meetings: run it in local mode…

Our verdict is AVOID FOR CLIENT WORK until Manus publishes Cue-specific data controls and approval settings. Policy reviewed October 2026,…
Short answer: OpenAI’s Dots can read your connected inbox, calendar, and Slack around the clock, and you cannot delete a single memory it builds from that client data without wiping the whole agent. Our verdict is AVOID FOR PAID CLIENT WORK on personal ChatGPT plans until OpenAI ships per-item memory controls. Policy reviewed October 2026,…
Short answer: Earlyn keeps your screen history and meeting transcripts encrypted on your own Mac and sends nothing to its developer, but it still captures every client document you open and every call you record.
